The issue still happens with the same series. I just stopped watching it and will not renew my service.
Poor video quality. Poor support.
The videos just stop. This was for one show only, and they ask you to run through all the steps, like turning off and on your router, etc.
The error message says they are having issues playing that video and are working on it, but when you reach out, it becomes your fault for not providing them enough information. Waste of your time and money!

My screen forcing me to sign in it giving me a new customer screen asking what plan I wanted sign up for. But I already had an account could never get an answer about getting my service back. Got no help at all

If they still did the monthly billing, I would be signed up! I can't do yearly. Bring back monthly, and I think more would sign up.

I keep paying for a channel I can't watch. Then, when I tried to cancel, you want more money from me.
I don't have it; I live on social security. I'm very upset.

I am wanting to change the way I pay for my subscription I want to change from PayPal to my Visa debit card
I cant get my problem solved and I have paid for an annual subscription. I am not giving you a credit card number for a $55 charge when I have already paid you for an annual fee in Feb 25.
I have chatted twice this morning. I cannot watch frndly on my roku tv model #32r3bx. I paid for an annual subscriptipon in Feb 2025.

Verified ReviewerFrndly tv charges for shows you saved. if you miss a “live” show they want you to pay to see it. you pay extra to save in DVR, so they are double charging and that doesn’t include paying the subscrip.
You are paying 3 different ways to see a show/movie and you more likely can see it for free on Youtube or other free channels like Tubi, Freevee , Roku,Plex and other platforms.
you pay to subscribe (1) then you pay for DVR (2) and you pay to see shows you saved in DVR (3) if you miss the live stream.

Verified ReviewerFrndly td no longer allows watching moves you saved in DVR that u pay extra for. If you don’t see a show “live” they offer you an added price that saved in your “stuff”. Especially with their Halmart.
stop paying FRNDLY tv to get HALMART movies you can get them for free on Free Networks.
You have gotten so greedy its disgusting.

FRNDLY TV suddenly cut off my subscription in the middle of my TV show
They stopped my TV show, then asked me to sign in, I have no way to enter a password, so I can NOT sign in, I'm very upset, I've been asked to pay a refundable five dollars, then it asked for $40!

Verified ReviewerAllowed me to sign-up for LMN without Frndly TV basic subscription.
A week ago, I took advantage of their 7-day free trial. I didn't see anything worth watching on their basic plan, but I did love watching movies on the Lifetime Movie Network channel they offered, which was $4.99/month.
I was allowed to cancel the Frndly TV basic subscription ($7.99/month) after the free trial and subscribe to only the LMN channel. As such, I was charged for the LMN on June 10, 2024, and have not been able to watch it since the free trial ended on June 9, 2024. Today, I live chatted with Frndly, and a rep told me that, even though they charged me for the LMN channel subscription, it's not possible to subscribe to other channels without paying $7.99/month for the Frndly basic plan. I told her I didn't want the Frndly basic, so we could cancel the LMN channel subscription.
She told me I'd need to cancel it on my end, which I couldn't because I never had access from the day they charged me for it on the 10th. I sent her screenshots for proof, and she canceled it. This is where I got irritated; I asked for a refund, considering I was charged, but I couldn't access the channel. And I couldn't access it because of Frndly's system error, which allowed something that she said wasn't allowed.
Then she told me she could refund my money but not the processing fees. I told her to forget it, and that I'd dispute the issue with my bank. It's the principle. It's also unethical.
I can't be the first person to have had this issue. Why does Frndly allow this to happen if it isn't supposed to?
Where is the solution? Why is it okay for Frndly to charge for a service, not allow access to the service, and not provide a full refund?

I forgot to cancel after my 7 free day trial. I did not have enough money in my checking account.
After, I got paid. They charged me $7.99 twice in a row. I do not appreciate. Not having a phone number to speak to someone.

Get me some damn help put right people on the phonenatting
They took 7.99out of my bank but still turned off friendly I have been trying to talk to somebody and you can't get a person on the damn phone because they won't answer the phones or I don't have the right numbers and I'm getting pissed off bad
