We canceled but the wrong cc was billed. How do we get our money back?

We were told we could cancel at anytime. I am not impressed.

I purchased new TV . How can I find my account when none of my email work? I usually signed in on the frndly emblem.

My programming does not show the same programming as advertised. For example, the programming shows Mondays at 12 for 5 hours should show Nash Bridges.

I would love to see Nash Bridges but I get the show Police Story instead.
