Charge on my Discover card

I have a charge on my visa that I should not have. I do not subscribe to Frndly Tv. I did some time ago but cancelled.

I had to stop the payments through to my bank which was an inconvenience but they can't take money out anymore.

Wouldn't recommend this service. Can't get customer service; they don't keep good records of subscriptions because they're taking the money out of my account, but no one knows where it's going. Don't use Roku either because they're connected.

This streaming service cuts out scenes from tv shows to add more commercials. Absolute the worst experience. I recorded the same tv show from FETV , one on Frndly, the other on FUBO. Exact same progra

They screw you on TV programs by adding ridiculous commercials. A 30-minute program averages 12-14 commercials, cutting scenes from shows.

I recorded the same TV show on Fubo.

All the scenes were shown. Frndly is a total rip-off.

All I wanted was help because I was having issues with the password. After "talking" with the chat person going over this multiple times, they were going to have a contact me either by chat or phone.

When I chose phone..they wanted to charge $5 & wanted my card info. No way. No other way to reach them. Would love to have those channels..but not for that headache.

Told the "chat " person that they were scammed.

Seriously..you're going to get my card info for help?? Not hardly

The issue still happens with the same series. I just stopped watching it and will not renew my service.

Poor video quality. Poor support.

The videos just stop. This was for one show only, and they ask you to run through all the steps, like turning off and on your router, etc.

The error message says they are having issues playing that video and are working on it, but when you reach out, it becomes your fault for not providing them enough information. Waste of your time and money!

I signed up on my tv with my info and then it went to the email from the person who had the tv before me I signed out of her account put my info back in now I can't watch the chanel

I keep paying for a channel I can't watch. Then, when I tried to cancel, you want more money from me.

Frndly tv charges for shows you saved. if you miss a “live” show they want you to pay to see it. you pay extra to save in DVR, so they are double charging and that doesn’t include paying the subscrip.

You are paying 3 different ways to see a show/movie and you more likely can see it for free on Youtube or other free channels like Tubi, Freevee , Roku,Plex and other platforms.

you pay to subscribe (1) then you pay for DVR (2) and you pay to see shows you saved in DVR (3) if you miss the live stream.
