The new update does not open.
The app said new update. I clicked on the update and its downloaded the next step said to open I clicked on open and it just continues to try to open and it doesnt and I wait and wait and wait and nothing happens. Its very frustrating.

Please reconsider. I dont understand why you are asking people to join something and pay for it to cancel. You would loose half your payment.
There is no way you can know what your tv will not connect. You did not tell me.

I have an account with Roku and purchased Frndly TV through them. I have had the account for a year with no problems until now.
My ROKU account shows Frndly TV, a payment collected on 20 June, which was confirmed with the bank yesterday, but Frndly TV's account shows as not connected.
When I try to connect again, it shows that I cannot because I already have an account. I need my account connected: jalbret@***.net Jack Albretsen.

I've attempted to communicate with you over the Internet and asked for a phone call, but you keep sending me this link to obtain my credit card information. I'm not going to pay somebody to tell me something I already know: your TV Guide on your website does not function.
Everything else is operational; the problem lies with the TV Guide. My subscription renews on July 7 and I've already selected to not resubscribe.
If you're not going to talk to me over the phone for free and help me resolve this situation, I will no longer subscribe to your service. I will publicize this in our local newspaper that you refuse to assist anyone unless you're getting paid for it, despite already receiving a subscription fee every month.

Hulu processes their fee once a month. Also, if I pay the full-year amount ($98.00) upfront, does that mean I will not be billed again for a year?

I watched that every morning before starting my day. I grew up with that show.

Preferred solution: I updated my payment on my Roku TV in update payment and it still won't let me in to watch the TV channel so I went to the channel, hit subscribed and it said payment failed and it's a new debit card.

I called to cancel my subscription to Friendly Cdaniel. I told them that I don't have any money to pay them. I'm not asking for money to cancel my subscription.
