Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I cannot afford this service. Please cancel it and refund my $95.88 back to PayPal, and cancel the subscription.

Get me some damn help put right people on the phonenatting
They took 7.99out of my bank but still turned off friendly I have been trying to talk to somebody and you can't get a person on the damn phone because they won't answer the phones or I don't have the right numbers and I'm getting pissed off bad

No customer service. All they want is your upfront money. The DVR is garbage with constant fast forward and rewind problems.

On cat to fix problems they send me to tech company that charges 52.00$
Someone I dont know has a email that when I went to sign up it told me I already had an account with someone elses email that I didnt know. I have tried calling them,emailed them still not fixed.
I dont know what else to do talk to the cat line I have emailed them three or four times. Not much else for me to do.

I filed with my bank they said frndly TV appealed it. No they stole my money.
