Please change my price from 95.88 to 7.99 I didn't want to pay for the whole year just monthly. Please take the whole year off and do just monthly
- No phone number to rectify this issue

- Cancelled subscription and still my card is charged
On cat to fix problems they send me to tech company that charges 52.00$
Someone I dont know has a email that when I went to sign up it told me I already had an account with someone elses email that I didnt know. I have tried calling them,emailed them still not fixed.
I dont know what else to do talk to the cat line I have emailed them three or four times. Not much else for me to do.

I filed with my bank they said frndly TV appealed it. No they stole my money.

I have tried to cancel this service for many months. Even changed credit cards, but somehow they are charging me through the new card!
That I believe is illegal as I never authorized this to happen. May be getting an attorney involved shortly!

I called the number on my Visa bill and the number said no voicemail was set up. What does it take to stop Friendly from taking my money? I do not use their service and haven't for more than five months now.
- I would not use them again
Preferred solution: a refund for the months i tried to get them to stop my payment from my visa bill.

The redesign of the home screen is pretty lousy. The app is buggy and the feedback on my complaint was pretty rude.
If you like retro television, this is the service for you. They need a more user-friendly interface.
